GRAMMY AWARDS WIN AND NOM FOR OBIE OBRIEN

“Oh Happy Day” record wins Grammy for Best Traditional Gospel Record. Obie produced and engineered the Jon Bon Jovi track “Keep the Faith”.  Shawn Colvin’s record  “Shawn Colvin Live” was recorded by Obie at Yoshi’s in San Francisco and received a Grammy Nomination in the Best Contemporary Folk Recording category.

Nashville Update

Powerhouse Productions’ recording artist, Liv Devine, has just returned from Nashville where Obie recorded and produced her new EP, featuring the songs “Dont Call Me” written by Obie O’Brien and Liv, along with “Only One” and “Never Felt the Rain” written by 2008 Grammy Award nominated songwriter, Jim Femino (Toby Keith, James Otto).
